Job Summary
Lead the regional GBS organisation to ensure delivery of efficient, consistent, and high-quality services to internal stakeholders. Develop relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders across markets, corporate functions, and shared service teams. Act as a strategic partner by translating evolving business requirements into improvements to the service delivery model. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimisation. Identify opportunities for standardisation, process simplification, automation, and technology adoption. Establish reporting, performance metrics, and analytical capabilities to monitor operational performance. Ensure governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance standards are embedded within the operating environment. Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology leaders to strengthen processes and controls. Contribute to governance forums and cross-functional initiatives involving service delivery, process optimisation, and business transformation. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience across accounting, finance operations, reporting or related functions within a multinational or complex corporate environment
- Proven experience in GBS, shared services, regional service delivery or a comparable operating model
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders across multiple countries or business units
- Strong understanding of service delivery, process optimisation, governance and operational performance management
- Demonstrated track record in driving continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, automation or transformation initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent
