Job Summary
Lead managers and senior specialists across multiple European markets to deliver capital calls, distributions, treasury operations, and investor support services. Own end-to-end operational delivery for fund-related services while partnering daily with Product and Engineering to automate manual workflows and redesign operational processes. Drive excellence in quality, efficiency, and scalability, coaching experienced professionals through complex legal and fund-specific challenges. Set priorities, allocate capacity, and scale the organization alongside company growth. Resolve escalations and ensure consistent execution across teams. Work cross-functionally with Fund Accounting, Investor Onboarding, and Customer Success to maintain a seamless customer experience. Hire, develop, and retain exceptional operational talent while shaping the future of fund operations through technology-enabled services.
Required Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience within fund administration, private equity, venture capital or another complex financial operations environment
- Experience leading managers and building high-performing organisations across multiple teams
- Strong expertise in fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, investor servicing and treasury processes
- The credibility to coach experienced operators through complex fund structures, LP agreements and operational challenges
- A systems mindset. You naturally think about automation, process design and scalable operating models
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve operational tooling or strong interest in building technology-enabled services
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance customer experience, operational quality and efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- A bias for ownership. You enjoy solving difficult operational problems and helping teams succeed
