Job Summary
Architect Infra One US operating system: design and implement Infra One's in-house fund accounting framework, including chart of accounts, NAV policies, capital call mechanics, carry/fee waterfall models, and quarterly reporting; own valuation policies for illiquid holdings; manage cash movement controls, reconciliations, and audit-ready records; develop multi-fund processes (3, 5, 10+ funds) with independent books and investor reporting, and oversee custodian relationships with tier-1 banks. Lead onboarding of investors (AML/KYC handoff), build scalable processes and systems (accounting software such as NetSuite/Investview), and hire/mentor fund accountants as AUM grows. Remote role with preferred US timezone overlap with SF HQ; base salary $180k–$260k plus bonus; Equity TBD; reports to US Platform Head / Managing Director; role focused on creating a complete in-house fund operating system to support dozens of funds and cross‐jurisdiction reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years in fund accounting or fund administration
- hands-on experience designing and running fund accounting for 2+ funds
- deep knowledge of LP accounting, capital accounts, carry/fee waterfall modeling, and tax coordination
- experience with Delaware LP and LLC structures and tax pass-through reporting (K-1s)
- strong audit and financial controls background; comfort with SOX-adjacent rigor
- exposure to fund administration platforms (SS&C, Apex, Citco, Northern Trust) and their workflows
