Job Summary
Own and manage the Fraud, Insider, and Conduct Risk Frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure controls align with risk appetite and regulatory expectations. Lead governance committees, oversee ORM programs, and drive strategy in partnership with business partners and oversight teams. Manage team performance, handle disciplinary actions, and maintain the team's control documentation including RCSAs and RACI models. Report risk profiles, board reporting, and regulatory examination findings to executive management and committees. Foster a culture of integrity and accountability while building relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years related experience
- deep subject matter expertise in Insider, Fraud and Conduct Risk Management and Banking
- technical knowledge of fraud, insider and conduct risk threats, risks and controls
- experience in the Banking industry
- knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSFI, OCC, FRB, FDIC)
- Ability to attract, inspire, coach, train and lead
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSFI, OCC, FRB, FDIC)
