Head of FRaud Protection - LATAM

Job Summary
Lead the regional fraud solutions for LATAM, owning the strategic go-to-market plan and driving account expansion by supporting the sales organization while ensuring value delivery from initial customer conversations through implementation and go-live. Collaborate with Sales & Pre-sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Solution Delivery, Analytics, Product, R&D, HR, Finance, Alliances, and Partners to translate market needs into product roadmap features, articulate meaningful fraud propositions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and roadmap. Support ARR targets, train commercial teams on account strategies for fraud, assist with pitches for large opportunities, and demonstrate clear client value through standard demonstrations and PoCs. Drive delivery direction, ensure customer satisfaction, manage renewals, and coordinate with analytics and partnerships to maximize value. Requirements include senior leadership experience, deep fraud expertise across key sectors, programming knowledge (Python, Go), and strong communication in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, professional development, and a globally oriented, international team culture.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a senior or leader role managing people, processes and stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience in fraud across core sectors (banking, e-commerce, or iGaming)
- Experience in using technology and data to predict fraud - Python and Go
- Strong fraud SME background across industries
- Solution-oriented approach to marketing/technology challenges with client-first mindset
- Experience in data analytics and engineering (JS, SDK, API) beneficial
- Autonomous, self-driven with ability to reach objectives
- Confident in presenting as an authority/leader for the region
- Language requirements: English and Spanish fluency; Portuguese is a plus
