Head of Fraud Protection - LATAM

Job Summary
Head of Fraud Solutions for LATAM leading the fraud solution suite across industries (banking, insurance, government, large corporates). Drives strategic go-to-market planning, supports sales enablement and account strategies, oversees delivery from initial customer conversations through implementation and go-live, collaborates with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Analytics, Product, R&D, HR, Finance and Alliances, and partners with analytics and IP discussions. Responsibilities include translating market needs into product roadmap features, ensuring fraud propositions are clearly articulated and aligned with LATAM market, maintaining knowledge of product capabilities and roadmap, supporting ARR targets, training commercial teams, enabling PoCs, capturing case studies, evangelizing benefits through events and thought leadership, and building standard demonstrations with fraud-focused messaging. Delivery and customer success tasks include reviewing proposals, providing direction to delivery teams, engaging with partners to ensure value delivery and renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications emphasize senior leadership, regional fraud expertise, data-driven fraud prediction, strong SME background, pragmatic market/technology approach, and strong communication and leadership capabilities. Language requirements include English and Spanish fluency, with Portuguese a plus. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a senior or leader role managing people, processes and stakeholders
- At least 5 years of experience and an ability to demonstrate deep fraud expertise in banking, e-commerce or iGaming
- Experience in using technology and data to predict fraud - Python and Go as programming languages
- Strong fraud SME background across different industries
- Solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to market and technology challenges
- Experience in data analytics and engineering (JS, SDK, API) would be beneficial
- Ability to work autonomously to reach objectives
- Confident in presenting and acting as an authority/leader for the region
- Language requirements: English and Spanish fluency; Portuguese is a plus
