Job Summary
Oversee all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring best-practice hospitality standards and driving revenue through upselling and profitability optimization. Develop and implement SOPs and training programs for service excellence while managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets with strict financial compliance. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food standards including HACCP and FSA regulations. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Front-of-House teams on menu planning and service delivery, maintaining stock control and CRM system efficiency. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development to build a high-performance team. Support marketing initiatives for bespoke events and experiential activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in F&B management within hospitality or luxury settings
- Strong knowledge of CRM and POS systems
- Personal Alcohol License
- Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
- HACCP certification
- First Aid at Work certification
- Fire Marshall certification
- Manual Handling certification
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent beverage knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
