Lead the Financial Lines Underwriting team across GCC&NA, establishing and evaluating production and profitability goals for Direct and FAC RI operations. Drive top-line growth by taking remedial action on shortfalls, while managing loss and expense ratios to achieve combined ratio targets. Direct the negotiation and sign-off of large programs, ensuring adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Set objectives for direct reports and matrix staff to align with business goals, while engaging with brokers, agents, claims, and actuarial teams to understand loss drivers. Provide strategic direction for new business and product development, reporting performance and market developments to the GCC&NA and EMEA leadership teams.
