Job Summary
Head of Financial Management for HSBC Cybersecurity leading financial planning, cost management, and billing across the GCIO Cybersecurity portfolio. Oversees FTE recharge rates, validate monthly billing and allocations, support audits, and manage transaction finance and benefits. Drives transformation of Cyber financial management processes in line with GCIO standards and leads the team to improve efficiency and control in a UK-based role located in London (Canada Square).
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technology operational management requirements for banks
- Demonstrable experience in managing significant financial and resource plans, organizational transformation, and project portfolio management
- Knowledge of cost management and accounting principles, and of accounting and financial principles related to purchase orders, contracts, and operational expenses for hardware and software
- Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and influence others through communication
- Deep financial and commercial awareness
- Maintains expert knowledge of stakeholder requirements, competitor activities and market trends to influence future direction
