Job Summary
Head of Financial Controlling needed to lead IFRS reporting for an international tech company. Responsible for accurate and timely reporting in IFRS/IAS/GAAP, preparation of consolidated Group, management and IFRS financial statements, and coordination of Group audits. Provide methodological support on IFRS treatment, develop and implement group policies addressing financial risks, and participate in the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Lead and develop the Finance Controlling function, shape budgeting/forecasting and management reporting, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and drive initiatives to improve financial processes. Required Qualifications
- Higher education in Finance/Economics
- Practical knowledge of IFRS/IAS/GAAP
- 3+ years of experience in Big 4 (preferably in the current position - senior or manager)
- Experience in preparing/auditing consolidated financial statements of large industrial companies in accordance with IFRS/IAS/GAAP
- ACC/CPA/CIPA qualification or relevant certificate (advantage)
- Advanced/strong English proficiency
