Job Summary
Head of Finance role leading finance across multiple entities and international units, reporting to the President & CEO. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis; driving ERP enhancements, automation, and reporting improvements; developing KPI dashboards; strengthening internal controls and governance; mentoring the finance team; and partnering with executives to support strategic planning and operational initiatives. CPA designation is required; 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience and multi-entity or international exposure are desired. Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada. Compensation range: $160,000-$180,000.
