Head of Finance

Head of Finance responsible for owning budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning; lead implementation of a new accounting system; oversee accounting, tax compliance, audits, and relationships with external advisors; monitor key metrics (profitability, LTV) and model investments/strategic projects; drive cost optimization and strengthen financial processes and controls. Experience in financial planning, accounting, tax, audit management, and ERP/financial systems implementation with strong modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis skills; ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving in a hybrid work environment based in Vilnius, Lithuania with a flexible hybrid work model.
