Head of Finance Nordics

Job Summary
Own and drive Finance for the Nordics, including P&L shape, RGM, and act as a key commercial partner to the business. Take overall responsibility for strategy, investments, target setting and tracking, P&L shape, closings, AOP and the strategic plan. Navigate the complexity of a 5-market Nordics region with a varied customer landscape, adapting financial strategy and controls accordingly. Lead, coach and develop your finance team, with an ambition to grow the team further as the direct-market expansion progresses. Act as a key partner to all functions, and as a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team, driving engagement across the full Nordics organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- Expert-level financial, strategic and commercial capabilities, including P&L ownership and target setting/tracking
- Expert negotiation and leadership skills
- Experience developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience leading complex, multi-market projects, ideally including market entry or go-to-market transitions (e.g. distributor to direct)
- Fluent in English

- Ability to simplify: You find simple solutions to complex challenges

Desired Qualifications
