Job Summary
Role summary: Head of Finance to own financial operations, drive proactive financial strategy, and build systems for scale. Responsibilities include financial modeling and strategy, planning and budgeting, cash flow forecasting, investor-ready materials, inventory and cost control, cross-functional partnership, contingency planning, and month-end close compliant with GAAP. You will partner with leadership and work directly with the CEO to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations in a high-growth, inventory-heavy, collectibles business; remote-first with ability to operate from anywhere while collaborating with a distributed team.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational finance roles
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern ERP/Accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage)
- Experience managing inventory-heavy financial cycles
