Job Summary
Drive continuous, above-market growth through strategic financial leadership and insight-driven decision making across product, customer, promotion, and people strategies. Lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence, including process simplification, efficiency improvements, and complexity reduction to enhance financial outcomes. Build and develop a high-performing finance team, establishing a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through coaching and succession planning. Forecast, plan, and manage performance discipline while advising senior leadership on the financial implications of key business decisions. Requires 12+ years in financial reporting, analysis, and cost reduction, with a Master's degree in Accounting preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 12 years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory costing and control, operational accounting, and financial statement management
- 5 years of experience in a financial management role with direct people leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated experience leading and working within successful cross-functional project teams
- Proven track record of delivering business results and driving profitable growth
- Experience leveraging data, forecasting, and market trends to shape strategic plans
- Strong background as a strategic business partner influencing senior leadership decisions
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams, including talent development and succession planning
