Head of Finance / Financial Controller

Head of Finance / Financial Controller to lead Controllership, reporting, budgeting, FP&A, and investor/board reporting for Intellect’s Asia-Pacific operations. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, treasury, tax, internal controls, and annual/monthly/quarterly reporting; managing budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis; driving cost discipline, vendor management, and procurement alignment; supporting due diligence, fundraising, and data room preparation; building and mentoring a high-performing finance team; and collaborating cross-functionally to scale financial processes for rapid growth. Requirements: 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience; strong controllership and accounting foundation; experience with audits, external partners, multi-entity or international finance; hands-on operator with attention to detail; CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred; open to Singapore (hybrid), Malaysia (hybrid), Philippines (remote) and Indonesia (remote).
