Job Summary
Conduct weekly accounting, payroll, and annual audits while managing financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising support. Optimize profit and loss margins and maintain treasury rigor with detailed manual payouts and debt collection. Monitor transactions for fraud risks using internal AI tools and establish credit lines while overseeing credit scoring algorithms and default rate targets. Handle general FinOps tasks and customer support to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements. This role requires 3+ years of experience in data modeling and FinTech operations, with a starting salary of €5000/month and equity warrants.
