Job Summary
Senior finance leader to head Finance for the Middle East at CMC Markets. Responsibilities include financial management, governance, year-end audit, regulatory reporting, payroll/tax/treasury coordination, and partnering with the Executive team to drive growth and strategic initiatives. Lead financial insight and modelling for projects, partnerships, and M&A; oversee procurement and outsourcing arrangements; maintain strong governance and liaise with external auditors, HR, Tax, Treasury, and Prudential Regulation teams. Emphasis on senior leadership, strategic partnering with the Board and Executive Committee, and strengthening financial governance within a regulated financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent) with 10+ years post-qualified experience
- Significant senior finance leadership experience within financial services
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge at Executive level
- Strategic, analytical, and innovative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capability
