Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Business Partnering team while partnering with senior leaders to provide clear financial insights for Retail, Online, and Games business areas. Own financial performance across these segments, driving budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes to support strategic ambitions. Enhance financial models and commercial analyses to optimise revenue opportunities and investment decisions, proactively monitoring KPIs to drive corrective actions. Strengthen collaboration with FP&A, Accounting, and wider Finance teams to ensure aligned reporting and champion continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and decision quality. Manage complex P&Ls and influence senior stakeholders to transform data into actionable recommendations that directly influence business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Finance Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- at least 8 years of relevant finance experience
- gaming industry experience
- proven experience leading and developing teams in a commercial finance environment
- extensive experience managing complex P&Ls
- understanding key commercial drivers
- strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance
- deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and financial analysis
- excel at financial modelling
- problem-solving
- transforming data into business insights
- communicate complex information clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences
- understand how financial performance connects to wider business strategy and growth
- fluent in written and spoken English
