Job Summary
Own the AI and automation agenda across finance, from strategy through delivery to measurable impact, redesign core finance processes around AI/agentic-first approaches, and lead a live, scalable programme across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and SSC. You’ll influence finance operations from close and forecasting to reporting, build or connect AI-assisted agents and APIs (e.g., NetSuite, Rossum, n8n), and lead a small team to deliver rapid, tangible improvements across multiple markets with hands-on execution and clear ownership. Fluency in English is expected, Czech is an advantage; the role emphasizes practical AI-enabled finance transformation and cross-functional adoption across the Group, including IPO-readiness considerations.
Desired Qualifications
- track record of leading transformation or automation programmes
- hands-on with AI and ability to build agents or integrate APIs with AI assistance
- not a software engineer but comfortable with AI-first tooling
- strong understanding of finance functions (close, reporting, forecasting)
- ability to design and implement finance processes around AI and automation
- experience leading a small team and delivering measurable automation impact
- English fluency; Czech language is an advantage
