Own financial strategy, capital planning, and forecasting frameworks to support informed investment decisions and maintain financial discipline. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, evaluating pricing strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives through a financial lens. Build and maintain driver-based financial models for GMV, take rate, and unit economics while leading annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting cycles. Direct monthly close, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls. Manage the finance function from the ground up, establishing processes, recruiting talent, and scaling the team alongside the business.

- Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of fintech or payments business models and operating drivers
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership and presenting to boards or investors
- A track record of building scalable financial processes and reporting frameworks
