Job Summary
Lead the Finance & Operations business area end-to-end with full P&L responsibility, driving growth, profitability, and delivery excellence across strategy, commercial performance, and customer outcomes. Build and scale a high-performing consulting organization while managing demand, capacity planning, and project health to ensure strong margins. Translate national strategy into execution plans, collaborate with Sales and Project Delivery on customer-centric delivery, and shape the FO offering and delivery standards. Report to the Managing Director, shaping Norway's growth journey within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Experience from leadership roles with full responsibility for growth, performance, and teams
- Strong domain credibility within Dynamics 365 FO or similar ERP environments
- Financial understanding of P&L, forecasting, and margins
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with C-level customers
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- A collaborative mindset
- Experience with ERP, consulting, digital transformation, or the Microsoft ecosystem
