Job Summary
The Head of Finance & Accounting will oversee accounting, tax, and auditing functions while managing working capital, accounts payable, and receivable. Responsibilities include cash flow management, preparing monthly and annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS, and developing financial processes and systems. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, several years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards HGB and IFRS
- Strong analytical skills and structured work approach
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English
