Job Summary
Shape product strategy at the portfolio level by defining and evolving the FCC product portfolio aligned with Swift's overall market positioning. Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry trends, translating insights into actionable product decisions grounded in real customer needs. Establish strong customer engagement practices, define an integrated product roadmap across FCC solutions, and drive go-to-market strategies to support adoption. Lead and develop a high-performing team of approximately six Product Managers, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making while collaborating effectively with a globally distributed workforce. Act as a key connector between customers, delivery teams, and business development to align stakeholders around critical roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Held senior positions in financial crime compliance as a practitioner and/or as a service provider
- Strong experience in product management within complex, multi-product environments
- Proven track record of defining and executing on product strategy at portfolio level
- Demonstrated ability to work across strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market
- Experience leading and developing product management teams
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Proactive problem solver, focused on delivering practical, scalable solutions
- Deep customer focus and FCC market awareness
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate proactively and autonomously within multi-team environment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, internal and external
- Structured, outcome-driven mindset
- Exposure to Swift ecosystem and portfolio of solutions
- Experience with SaaS and/or network-based products
- Familiarity with regulated and complex environments
