Job Summary
Lead and inspire curriculum teams to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across Mathematics, Sciences, and Health. Drive student achievement, progress, attendance, and high-grade performance by using data to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies. Champion quality assurance, develop staff to empower colleagues, and build partnerships that enrich the student experience. This role begins January 1, 2027, in a full-time position at an Ofsted Outstanding provider focused on transforming futures.
Required Qualifications
- A degree and recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience of leading curriculum quality improvement
- A track record of raising standards and improving performance
- Strong understanding of achievement, progress measures and value-added performance
- Experience of managing and developing staff to achieve ambitious goals
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
