Head of Facility Management

Job Summary
Head of Facility Management for an Outlet facility with responsibility for expansion, refurbishments and tenant improvements. You will provide technical coordination for alterations, manage external planners, construction firms and experts, ensure quality, timelines, costs and technical standards, oversee handovers of leased units and Anlagen, and lead energy, sustainability, and digital FM initiatives. The role includes full operator responsibility for technical systems, compliance with relevant laws and standards (eg Arbeitsstätten-, Brandschutz-, Umwelt- and Energierecht), auditing and inspections, Krisen- and Wiederanlaufkonzepte, energy management, building automation (BMS/GLT), ESG-related measures, and data-driven analysis of performance and costs. Leadership of FM and technical teams, management of external service providers with KPI tracking and contractual oversight, and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Facility Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ: Meister / Techniker mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Facility Management oder im Betrieb komplexer Immobilien (idealerweise Retail / Outlet / Shopping Center)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Instandhaltungs-, Capex- und Bauprojekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betreiberverantwortung und relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und externen Dienstleistern
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse gebäudetechnischer Anlagen und Systeme
- Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen, Gebäudeautomation (BMS/GLT) und Energiemanagementsystemen
- Wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
