Job Summary
Head of Facilities role (Full-Time) overseeing the Home Therapy Administrator responsibilities, including leadership of clinical/operational processes, budgeting, QA/QAPI activities, staffing planning, EMR documentation, equipment/building maintenance, and coordination with Medical Director to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Role requires RN licensure in the applicable state, 18 months RN experience with 6 months in the home dialysis modality, CPR within 90 days, and full-time availability with driving responsibilities; includes oversight of program operations, incident review, and achievement of financial and quality targets.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in applicable state
- 18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in home dialysis
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire and prior to patient care assignment
- Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Must meet applicable state requirements (see addendum for Administrator)
- Must be full-time employee and available to home program staff during clinic hours
