Head of Facilities Development and Security

Lead regional security for The Americas and drive delivery of Commercial Real Estate (facilities) and infrastructure projects, owning end-to-end facility project delivery and security strategy across North America. Responsibilities include defining scope, budget, schedule, managing contractors and vendors, leading bid processes and contract negotiations, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards. Provide security leadership across sites, conduct risk assessments for sites, personnel, supply chain, and external environment; oversee travel security, crisis response, emergency planning, access control, and incident escalation. Maintain governance, compliance, and reporting with clear documentation; drive process improvements, cost discipline, and standardized tools. Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance; coordinate with local authorities; manage relationships with external vendors and security providers; travel as required. Qualifications emphasize a bachelor’s degree and extensive project-management/security/facilities experience; relocation support is available and U.S. work authorization is required.
