Job Summary
Head of Pharmacy Operations leading radiopharmacy partner network across the US and Canada; oversee production, dispensing, and delivery of PET radiopharmaceuticals; ensure pharmacy readiness, regulatory compliance (Board of Pharmacy, GMP) and inspection readiness; drive standardization, reliability, throughput, and operational performance; manage cross-functional interfaces with Customer Supply Excellence and External Manufacturing to support continuous supply; provide escalation support for disruptions and drive continuous improvement in operational workflows; lead and influence regulatory-compliant, time-critical supply environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in radiopharmacy, pharmaceutical operations, or related field
- Experience managing or supporting pharmacy operations in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of radiopharmacy operations and Board of Pharmacy requirements
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks impacting radiopharmaceuticals
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
