Job Summary
Lead Lennar's Executive Recruiting function by shaping strategy, processes, and operating infrastructure to attract and place top senior leadership talent. Partner with senior leaders to define executive hiring strategies, design scalable recruiting processes, conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis, and build a high-performing recruiting team with a focus on candidate experience, communication, and follow-through. Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and inform strategic workforce decisions. Demonstrate strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders and external talent, translating business needs into effective executive hiring results.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of executive recruiting experience
- strong track record of hiring senior leadership talent in competitive markets
- ability to build and scale recruiting strategies, processes, and teams
- strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into executive hiring outcomes
- exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and external talent
- deep understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
- high attention to detail with strong follow-through and operational discipline
