Job Summary
Build and lead a world-class executive search function that directly shapes the Glovo Talent House. As Head of Executive Search, personally deliver critical leadership hires while building, coaching, and inspiring a small team of 3-4 executive recruiters. Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, combining hands-on execution with strategic leadership to raise the bar for senior talent globally. Lead end-to-end executive searches for C-level, VP, and Director roles, build and coach a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders on leadership capabilities and succession planning, maintain a global network of senior leaders, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and use market insights and hiring metrics to inform decisions and improve leadership quality and diversity.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in leading executive search team
- 8+ years of experience hiring executive and senior leadership (C-level, VP, Director) across multiple business functions and complex international environments
- Strong credibility and experience partnering with executive leadership teams and boards
- Deep expertise in executive assessment
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven with market intelligence and hiring metrics
- Ability to build diverse, high-performing leadership teams
