Job Summary
Head of Event Operations responsible for owning end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and event experience. Role emphasizes supplier research and management, contract negotiation, budget oversight, end-to-end event planning (VIP events, meals, after-hours activities), coordinating with venue staff, and on-site support. Builds and manages a 40-person volunteer team, maintains inventory and QA of promotional materials, and collaborates with internal teams. Requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, proactive ownership, outstanding communication, and ability to work in-person from our London HQ; UK work permit is required. Travel opportunities to conferences overseas are noted. Start date is flexible; role onsite Monday to Friday near London Victoria.
