Head of Estimating

Head of Estimating to lead the estimating function across the @one Alliance during AMP8. You will shape estimating strategy, drive commercial excellence, and oversee estimates across key delivery milestones, including affordability assessments, optioneering, outline and detailed design estimates, and top-down/bottom-up methodologies. You’ll manage a high-performing estimating team, own the business cost base, collaborate with Design, Commercial, Project Management, Construction, Planning and Procurement, and build strong relationships with supply chain partners. Responsibilities include cost capture, data integrity for regulatory submissions, and driving continuous improvement in estimating systems and processes, while championing safety and a culture of value, transparency, and inclusion.
