Job Summary
Head of Entertainment GTM responsible for defining and leading Higgsfield AI's entertainment go-to-market across studios, streaming platforms, broadcasters, production companies, agencies, talent organizations, and creator businesses. Own strategy, pipeline, partnerships, and commercial execution, align entertainment initiatives across Asia Growth and U.S.-based Enterprise teams, build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, negotiate complex enterprise partnerships, and drive cross-functional revenue efforts with Growth, B2B, Business Development, sales, and product teams. Influence product and market strategy by translating customer feedback into requirements, identify emerging opportunities and threats, and help position Higgsfield as a leading AI video platform for entertainment. Represent the company at industry events, develop relationships with influencers and decision-makers, and contribute to thought leadership and partnerships. Requires 10+ years in enterprise sales/partnerships/BD/strategy or GTM leadership within the entertainment space, with a track record of closing large deals, selling creator or media tech solutions, and leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple regions; travel as needed. Compensation includes base salary between $250,000 and $320,000 plus equity and benefits.
