Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Finance, Procurement, HR, and related enterprise functions. Develop and execute the ERP transformation roadmap, manage programme governance, and oversee delivery from design through hypercare. Partner with business stakeholders to design future-state processes, manage system integrators and vendors, and drive standardization enabled by SAP S/4HANA. Ensure integration between SAP and third-party systems, lead change management and training, and provide executive reporting to steering committees. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improved ERP outcomes while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes
- Minimum 8 years of SAP programme delivery experience, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Proven experience leading Finance, Procurement, and HR transformation initiatives
- Strong experience managing large implementation budgets, external vendors, and system integrators
- Strong delivery record across both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Extensive experience managing executive stakeholders, programme governance, and organizational change
