Head of Engineering

Lead and mentor the engineering organization as Head of Engineering, owning the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution. Drive the engineering team’s performance, accountability, and delivery milestones; translate business goals into engineering priorities; oversee timelines, sprint planning, and resource allocation. Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/founder, product designer, and engineering team; drive architectural decisions and ensure code quality, scalability, and technical excellence. Contribute to coding and technical implementation when required and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a track record managing senior engineering teams in startup or fast-paced e-commerce environments; capable of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on work.
