Airbus is seeking a Head of Engineering - Resource & Competency to manage staffing solutions in the Mobile Engineering Department, focusing on performance assessments, employee development, and project team needs, while ensuring a high-functioning team culture based on trust.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering degree
- 15 years of airframe engineering
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and coordinate with many different functions
- Ability to excel in a detail-oriented environment
- High degree of self-confidence, independence and self-starter/motivator
- Proven ability to operate at all levels below Senior Management
- Authorized to work in the US
