Job Summary
As Head of Engineering for Thailand operations, you will focus on engineering quality and the rigorous application of Gen-e2TM across delivery, coaching Tech Leads and engineers, defining engineering standards (prompt libraries, coding conventions, AI output validation, security guidelines, quality gates), and driving continuous improvement of the Gen-e2TM methodology. You will lead hands-on technical work on selected projects, ensure AI-assisted code generation, automated testing, CI/CD discipline, and structured code review; mentor Hive Masters and Tech Leads; contribute to presales and client conversations, helping shape bids with engineering credibility; and establish a culture of craftsmanship, continuous learning, and high-quality AI-native practices across the delivery portfolio.
