Job Summary
Head of Engineering responsible for leading end-to-end engineering, building and scaling a modern technology ecosystem, and embedding AI-enabled capabilities. Drive transformation with a metrics-driven approach, elevate Agile maturity, and partner with executives to direct technology investments toward measurable customer, operational, and commercial outcomes. Lead an engineering organization across application development, data engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps, cultivate accountability and psychological safety, develop growth paths for engineers, and steward platform governance and integration with a pragmatic AI roadmap. Demonstrates strong leadership, strategic vision, clear communication, and a track record of delivering valuable business outcomes through technology.
Required Qualifications
- 20 or more years in technology, with at least 15 in engineering leadership
- Proven record of leading technology organizations through significant, sustained transformation
- Track record of driving change through metrics, empathy, and transparent stakeholder communication
- Strong experience advancing Agile maturity and building outcome-oriented delivery teams
- Practical experience with AI and ML delivery, including GenAI applications in business contexts
- Deep background in enterprise platform ecosystems, system integration, and vendor governance
