Job Summary
Lead the engineering team and manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, including technical audits and solution design, while also overseeing the technical execution across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system architecture, specifically with microservices and cloud platforms. Responsibilities include proposal leadership, strategic growth initiatives with Sales and Marketing, and supervising tech leads and architects. A proven track record in client engagement and effective communication with stakeholders is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in solution architecture
- Background in software development with hands-on coding (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, Go, or similar)
- Mastery of Microservices, DDD, CQRS, messaging, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Knowledge of security best practices and scalability considerations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Technical Product Manager
- Cloud certifications (AWS SA)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js)
