Job Summary
Conduct cross-functional equipment procurement, oversee tooling calculations, and manage the design and acceptance of internal and external tooling. Lead technical concept definition, coordinate supplier selection, and ensure strict adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets for electromobility projects. Delegate tasks, plan engineering capacity, and evaluate manufacturability against customer drawings while supporting marketing negotiations. Ensure compliance with environmental, labor, and health regulations across Herborn, Mexico, and Romania. Manage international travel and coordinate with global suppliers, customers, and production sites.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, Engineering oder der Industrialisierung
- Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Implementierung von Anlagen, Werkzeugen und Equipment
- Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, technischen Konzeptentwicklung und Herstellbarkeitsbewertung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten, Kunden und Produktionsstandorten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
