Job Summary
Head of Engineering responsible for visionary leadership and strategic direction of the engineering team. Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative aerospace technologies, systems, and solutions that improve product performance, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration throughout the product lifecycle. Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and safety. Mentor and develop engineering talent to foster creativity, collaboration, and growth. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with an advanced degree (MSc/PhD) preferred, deep technical expertise in aerospace engineering (aircraft systems, propulsion, avionics, materials science), strong project management, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
