Hire, coach, and grow a small team of high-performing engineers, developing staff and principal engineers who carry technical standards across the organization. Build the foundational platform supporting the entire engineering org, including developer platforms, deployment pipelines, observability, and tooling. Automate infrastructure as code on Kubernetes and AWS using Pulumi, cdk8s, and ArgoCD to manage systems that move real money. Establish engineering standards for reliability, operability, and architectural coherence while sequencing quality work to enable rapid shipping. Lead by writing clean, well-tested code and designing end-to-end systems, leveraging senior engineers to improve other teams. Set the standard for what good infrastructure looks like, focusing on developer experience as a product.
