Job Summary
Lead Process and Project Engineering teams to drive productivity, automation, and cost reduction across manufacturing operations. Implement Lean methodologies including Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping to improve OEE, reduce waste, and optimize changeover times. Manage CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning, developing capacity plans and evaluating equipment investments while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D. Develop operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and project management frameworks to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Operations
- Proven experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Experience managing CAPEX, automation, or productivity improvement projects
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced English
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities

- High ownership and continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for building scalable manufacturing systems
- Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, SMED, TPM, 5S, VSM)
- OEE/OLE, Yield, Scrap, Capacity Planning, Root Cause Analysis
- Manufacturing automation and process optimization
- CAPEX planning and ROI analysis
- ERP systems, Power BI, or manufacturing analytics tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
- Experience in high-growth manufacturing environments
- Experience leading plant expansion or automation projects
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP Certification
- Experience supporting rapid manufacturing scale-up
