Head of Engineering

Partner with Founder to define and evolve technical strategy and product roadmap; own end-to-end engineering from architecture to shipping features; lead hiring and build a strong engineering culture; hands-on contributor guiding code quality, security, and scale; collaborate with product, science, and design to ship quickly and iterate based on real user feedback; experience with voice/data processing, Swift/macOS/iOS, Python for ML/data pipelines, and cloud backends; eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; on-site role in San Francisco with no remote option.
