Head of Engineering | Business Systems at Endava overseeing engineering across internal business systems (People, Growth, Finance) and enabling cross-team delivery. Responsibilities include coaching and developing engineering leadership, shaping role profiles and interview processes, improving resourcing, driving a lightweight engineering handbook, managing technical debt, ensuring consistency in CI/CD, security in SDLC, testing, and operability, promoting AI adoption in engineering workflows, driving quality and reliability through SRE fundamentals, and aligning DevOps/release practices with Endava frameworks. Requires proven leadership, strong communication, and experience with modern tech stacks and integration patterns; familiarity with PowerBI, ServiceNow, Oracle Finance/HCM, Dynamics/CRM, Java/.NET, and data platforms is desirable. The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, Product Owners, and Delivery Managers, governance and design-organization alignment, and a hybrid work arrangement in Moldova (Chișinău).
