Job Summary
Manage day-to-day engineering operations for six teams across development, QA, UX, architecture, and DevOps. Drive project vision and leadership while handling hands-on technical escalations and infrastructure reliability. Interface with business teams in London to ensure quality, efficiency, and technical excellence within a fast-growing SaaS product transforming manufacturing through automation.
Required Qualifications
- +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering
- Experience in handling a high-complexity SaaS products
- Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers
- Strong hands-on technical background
- Strong architectural experience
- Started career as a software engineer
- Degree in Computer Science
