Job Summary

Lead the Employee Relations (ER) function across the United States, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven ER strategy, guide complex cases, investigations, and policy development, while strengthening organizational capability and ensuring fair, equitable treatment aligned with JLL values. Responsibilities include leading the ER team across multiple business lines, supporting high-risk cases and labor relations matters, partnering with legal/compliance, conducting audits and preparing for legislative changes, coaching HR partners, driving process improvements, and shaping programs to enhance the employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in employee relations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, or related field
  • Law degree or HR graduate degree preferred
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and labor legislation
  • Leadership capabilities; proven success building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations; ability to make tough calls
  • Skilled at influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts across diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills; Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Experience with Workday and NavEx systems a plus
