Job Summary
Lead Eaton’s Europe EV charging infrastructure strategy as a Director-level Head of EV charging infrastructure, Europe. Drive cross-functional execution with Power Distribution, battery storage, and partner solutions; build and scale regional teams; cultivate strategic partnerships (notably with ChargePoint); shape growth through scalable, customer-centric EV charging solutions and market development; require a strong blend of technical, commercial, and strategic leadership across a multinational, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in electrification, energy, EV infrastructure, or related industries
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong business results
