Job Summary
Lead the LATAM eComm strategy and execution for LEGO LATAM B2B eCommerce, guiding a hands-on leader role to shape online shopper experiences across web, mobile, apps, and store channels. Drive Go-To-Market plans, joint business plans with retailers, and cross-functional alignment, while managing a team of 2 and collaborating with Digital Marketing and Trade Marketing. Build actionable digital plans, input global eComm direction, and lead relationships with eComm customers, delivering test-and-learn programs, digital merchandising excellence, and data-driven optimization. Hybrid work model with a 3-day in-office schedule in Mexico City. Requires advanced ecommerce/digital marketing experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing digital solutions or campaigns based on shopper insights.
